The EU has put in place ambitious policies and initiatives promoting low-carbon solutions to address climate change on the ground, including viable approaches to energy, like renewable sources and efficiency/savings. Considering that energy often represents a significant environmental footprint, Energy Management Systems (EnMS) are becoming an ever more essential tool, not just for companies, but also for public authorities. An effective EnMS enables the improvement of energy performance, as well as helps municipalities to streamline their own operations, save money and conserve resources in a manner which is complementary to their Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans (SECAP).
In this webinar, European experts (from Italy, France, Latvia and Croatia) with practical experience in facilitating local-level energy transitions offer their insights on the real-world adoption of EnMS in cities.
